AT Power have developed a NEW Drive By Wire Actuator Unit.
As part of our testing program we are working with North American based company JFC Racing, who are developing thier new JFC - MJ Prototype.
The engine is a 90 degree, billet aluminum, Hayabusa head, 3.0 liter V8 (“Bolt 8”). Designed by John Hartley for JFC Racing.
Brian Roberts the Director of Operations at JFC Racing said...
"During August the first shake down test for the new MJ-V8, by JFC, Hartley, Dean and Diebold, but we couldn't of done it without Miles Jackson! Awesome car and what a driving job shaking down the car. Test drivers have all the fun, but they can't hear this awesome sound.Throttles are up and working and we have tested on the track and this engine by far is one of the quickest accelerating engines we have experienced".

Our DBW testing will continue through October with 2 more Throttle sets being supplied to JFC Racing for the main endurance engine which is scheduled to begin the first week of October.
AT Power has also built our own In-house tester to run accelerated durability testing in tandem with the testing being carried out by JFC Racing, who are preparing and campaigning this car for the NASA 25 Hours of Thunderhill endurance race in Willows California on December 3-4.
