DCOE V8-Cylinder Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) Throttle Bodies (ITB's)

 

These DCOE Shaftless Butterfly Throttle Bodies are a direct replacement for the Weber DCOE and Dellorto DHRLA carburettors.

Typically used in applications when converting or upgrading from DCOE and DHRLA carburettors to Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI), with the fixing bolt patterns matching those seen on the Weber DCOE DHRLA Carburettors, making these the ideal replacements for manifold mounted Carburettors.

All AT Power DCOE Throttle Bodies come supplied fully assembled and ready to bolt on directly to standard DCOE (Weber) bolt pattern Inlet manifolds.

Our DCOE Twin Throttle Bodies are available with bore sizes of 36mm, 38mm, 40mm, 42mm, 45mm and 48mm and in configurations of 2-Cylinder, 4-Cylinder, 6-Cylinder, V8 and V12, with a choice of injected and non-injected housing designs.

They feature AT Power’s lightweight precision machined billet aluminium twin round housings design, with our unique patented ‘Shaftless’ technology and knife edged butterfly valves providing proven improved induction airflow speed and increased engine performance.

AT Power has developed a unique range of (Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI)) Twin Throttle Body systems, offering you multiple configurations and a range of optional extras to meet your specific engine tuning requirements.

We offer a choice of product options including injected or non-injected Throttle Bodies, Billet machined Throttle linkage configurations including Drive-By-Wire (DBW), Throttle Positional Sensors (TPS) mounting kits, Billet aluminium Extension Tubes (Runners, Velocity Stacks) lengths, billet aluminium Ram Pipes (Trumpets) lengths and for injected housings a one-piece billet aluminium Fuel Rail with brackets to suit a range of fuel injectors .

We also offer optional extras including fuel rail fittings, rotary contact, or Hall Effect contactless Throttle Positional Sensors (TPS), Drive-By-Wire (DBW) actuation and a choice of 18 different anodising colours. Anodising-Colour-Swatch

To complete your installation, we also offer ancillary supporting parts including fuel injectors, air filtration, motorsport cables, tuning aids, fuel pressure regulator and engine management systems (ECU’S).  

 

PLEASE NOTE!

This product has been designed with a choice of Inlet lengths (Extension Tubes, Runners, Velocity Stacks) suitable for packaging within road & race car applications.

For fuel injected DCOE applications the Fuel Rails are supplied as a one-piece billet aluminium extrusion and manufactured to suit the cylinder spacings you require, ensuring our Fuel Rails eliminate any possible fuel leakages between rubber hose connections as seen on other manufactures DCOE products. Typical cylinder spacings can be selected from the option sets below. For alternative cylinder spacings please contact our sales team for assistance. 

Our fuel injected housings have been designed for use with aftermarket Fuel Injectors which can be selected from the Fuel Injector option sets below.

Our non-injected housing designs are not supplied with a Fuel Rail assembly or fuel injector pockets featured within the housings being suitable for direct injection applications where the standard OEM or aftermarket fuel rail and fuel injectors are being utilised.

This product requires an after-market engine management system (ECU) for correct engine fuelling operation.

As with all after-market engine management systems, base maps are offered “as-is” and dyno tuning is fully recommended, to avoid causing any damage to your engine.

For Boosted applications standard fitment aluminium Extension Tubes (Runners, Velocity Stacks) will be replaced with SLS 3D Printed Extension Tubes (Runners, Velocity Stacks), select from Induction Type option set below.
