Honda K20/K24 FN2/FD2 45mm Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) Throttle Bodies (ITB's) (K20/K24 Standard Engine Bay Fitment)

 

These Direct-To-Head (DTH) set of Twin Housing 45mm Oval Shaftless Butterfly Throttle Bodies (ITB's) are port matched to suit the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) intake ports for the Honda K20a/K20a2/K24 (FN2/FD2) Engines, typically found in the Honda Civic Type R & R GT, Civic Mugen RC, JDM Civic Type R, Accord Type R & the Honda Integra with K20/K24 engine. 

This plug, tune, and play product has been designed and evaluated for ease of fitment onto Honda K20 (OEM) engines, and packages within the standard engine bay spaces, eliminating the additional engine modifications and other engine bay changes typically required when installing (ITB's).

This Kit is supplied fully assembled with the following items included:

  • Billet machined Twin Housing 45mm Oval Shaftless Butterfly Throttle Bodies (ITB's).
  • Billet machined curved Inlet Manifold to avoid changes to standard vehicles front end accessory drives (FEAD).
  • Curved SLS 3D printed Extension Tubes (Runners, Velocity Stacks) for standard engine bay fitment (Note: Colour Black).
  • Billet aluminium Ram Pipes (Trumpets).
  • Wabash 971rps Throttle position Sensor. 
  • Megaflow Air Filter & pre-drilled Filter Backplate assembly.
  • 4 x Vacuum Take-Off fittings for Brake Boost connection.

This product provides the following features and advantages:

  • Product assembled and ready to bolt on directly to the cylinder head intake face.
  • Throttle Bodies and air filter kit packages under the standard vehicle bonnet (hood) line.
  • Uses (OEM) standard Fuel Injectors & Fuel Rail assembly (Not supplied).
  • Connects directly to (OEM) standard vehicle Throttle cable pick-ups and matches standard pedal travel.
  • Uses (OEM) standard vehicle Water Housing assembly.
  • Eliminates the additional engine modifications and other engine bay changes typically required when installing (ITB's)

This system has been designed to be a “bolt on kit” thus allowing the vehicle to be returned to its original condition, if required.

To complete your installation, we also offer ancillary supporting parts including tuning aids, and engine management systems (ECU’S).

This product requires an after-market engine management system (ECU) for correct engine fuelling operation.

As with all after-market engine management systems, base maps are offered “as-is” and dyno tuning is fully recommended, to avoid causing any damage to your engine.
