Peugeot 206 GTI 45mm Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) Throttle Bodies (ITB's)

 

These Direct-To-Head (DTH) set of Twin Housing Shaftless Butterfly Throttle Bodies (ITB's) are port matched to suit the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) intake ports for the Peugeot 2.0L (16v) EW10J4 engine, typically found in the Peugeot 206 GTI (137bhp models).

They feature AT Power’s lightweight precision machined billet aluminium twin oval housings design, with our unique patented ‘Shaftless’ technology and knife edged butterfly valves (Blades) providing proven improved induction airflow speeds and increased engine performance.

AT Power has developed a unique range of Direct-To-Head (Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) Twin Throttle Body systems, offering you multiple configurations and a range of optional extras to meet your specific engine tuning requirements.

Our Direct-To-Head Twin Throttle Bodies are supplied fully assembled ready to bolt on directly to the cylinder head intake face.

We offer a choice of product options including billet machined Throttle linkage configurations including Drive-By-Wire (DBW), Throttle positional sensors (TPS) mounting kits, SLS 3D printed Extension Tubes (Runners, Velocity Stacks) lengths (Note:Colour Black), billet aluminium Ram Pipes (Trumpets) lengths and one-piece billet aluminium Fuel Rails with brackets to suit a range of fuel injectors.

We also offer optional extras including fuel rail fittings, vacuum take off fittings for vacuum assisted brakes, rotary contact or Hall Effect contactless Throttle Positional Sensors (TPS), Drive-By-Wire (DBW) actuation and a choice of 18 different anodising colours. Anodising-Colour-Swatch

To complete your installation, we also offer ancillary supporting parts including fuel injectors, air filtration, motorsport cables, tuning aids, fuel pressure regulator and engine management systems (ECU’S).  

Attention! For fitment within the standard engine bay please select "Standard Fitment" from the Extensions Length option set below. As standard fitment this product will be supplied with curved SLS 3D printed Extension Tubes (Runners, Velocity Stacks) lengths of 125mm (Colour Black).

For packaging into the standard OEM vehicle, it will be necessary to replace the power steering pump with an aftermarket electric power steering pump to allow clearance for the Extensions Tubes (Runners, Velocity Stacks).

This product as standard is supplied with mechanical Throttle cable connection requiring the existing electronic Throttle pedal to be replaced. In-order to maintain existing electronic Throttle pedal Drive-By-Wire (DBW) actuation can be selected from the option sets below: 

 

PLEASE NOTE!

This product requires an after-market engine management system (ECU) for correct engine fuelling operation.

As with all after-market engine management systems, base maps are offered “as-is” and dyno tuning is fully recommended, to avoid causing any damage to your engine.
