These Direct-To-Head (DTH) set of Twin Housing Shaftless Butterfly Throttle Bodies (ITB's) are port matched to suit the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) intake ports for the 2005-2015 Mazda 2.0L MX-5 / 3.5 / 3.75 (NC) Engines.
This package includes AT Power’s lightweight precision machined billet aluminium twin oval housings design, with our unique patented ‘Shaftless’ technology and Motorsport Electronics ME360 Engine Management system with a high quality patch harness that plugs straight into the factory loom of the MX5 NC/Mk3, retaining all the factory functions except cruise control and full DSC (coming in a firmware update).
The Throttle Bodies include billet machined Throttle linkage, bespoke Swan Neck SLS 3D printed Extension Tubes (Runners, Velocity Stacks) (Note:Colour Black), specifically designed for the packaging of this product within the standard Mazda MX-5 NC engine bay, billet aluminium Ram Pipes (Trumpets) and a one-piece billet aluminium Fuel Rail.
Our Direct-To-Head Twin Throttle Bodies are supplied fully assembled ready to bolt on directly to the cylinder head intake face. (Note:This Product is supplied with cylinder head injector plugs to blank-off (OEM) injector pockets).
We offer a choice of product options including billet machined Throttle linkage configurations, Throttle positional sensor (TPS) mounting kit & Fuel Rail brackets to suit a range of fuel injectors.
We also offer optional extras including vacuum take off fittings for vacuum assisted brakes, (Hall Effect) contactless Throttle Positional Sensor (TPS), FTDI Serial Cable (Recommended), Inlet Air Temperature Sensor, Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor and a choice of 18 different anodising colours.
